STRATTON PARISH COUNCIL

Report on Extra Ordinary Site Meeting.
Thursday, 24 May 2007 - 6.30pm

The above meeting was attended by Cllrs A Aylott, P Bowler,
A Cameron, T Every, P Hallett, R Protheroe

The following trees were inspected and decisions were made in line with County Council gidelines:-

Village Green (north side) - Parish Trees

Branches to be lopped - Tree opposite Old Hall. Trees west of this tree (the two opposite the Old Rectory) including 1 complete
bough to be removed, small boughs to tree opposite 26a Dorchester Road. A Working Party to be organised.

County Council trees westerly from corner of Green to entrance of The Rise - P Bowler to contact Landscape Officer.

4 Trees outside Church

P Bowler to write to Oliver Pope.

26a Dorchester Road

Tree to be trimmed. P Bowler to contact.

Carpenters Close

3 Trees and hedge on Dorchester Road plus I laburnum overhanging Bull Close. P Bowler to write to all residents of
Carpenters Close.

Old Rectory

Tree to be trimmed. Clerk to write letter.

Bumble Bee Cottage

Tree to be trimmed. P Bowler has already discussed with owner.

Locks Lane

Beech tree to be lopped. P Bowler to contact Residents Association.

9 Dorchester Road

Tree to be trimmed. P Bowler to contact.
