| On Saturday 29th March 2008 Stratton Youth Club Leaders, Helpers and Members got together to plant a selection of shrubs and trees around the Village Hall & Green. The plants were provided through a financial grant from the Youth Opportunity Fund and enabled the Youth Club to complete an environmental project within their community. |

| Winners of the Stratton Boules Competition 2007 were Deane Parr (left) & Ian Gibson who entered under the team name 'The Wardens' - both competitiors are Churchwardens at St. Mary's, Stratton. The Competition is held annually and organised by the Village Hall Committee. |
